Tamarack Growth Partners ("Tamarack," "we," "us") is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who navigate with a keyboard, a screen reader, or other assistive technology.

The Standard We Follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA — the current version of the international standard most widely referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and similar laws. Conformance is an ongoing effort, not a one-time certificate. We believe this site substantially meets WCAG 2.2 AA as of the date above.

How We Test

We test with a combination of automated and manual methods: automated scans with axe-core across representative pages (home, content, service, legal, and the contact form), plus manual checks of keyboard navigation and focus order, visible focus indicators, color contrast, layout reflow at narrow widths, reduced-motion behavior, and form labelling and feedback. Automated tools alone only catch part of what matters, so we pair them with manual checks.

What We Work Toward

Across the site, we aim to provide:

• Meaningful alternative text for images, and decorative images that assistive technology can skip.
• Full keyboard operability, including the main navigation menus, with a clear, visible focus indicator.
• A clear page structure — a single main landmark, a logical heading order, and labelled form fields.
• Text and interface colors chosen to meet AA contrast on the backgrounds where they appear.
• Respect for your system "reduce motion" setting, which pauses non-essential animation.

Where Gaps Can Still Appear

A few areas are known limitations we continue to work on. Our contact form is delivered through a third-party service whose internal behavior we do not fully control. Some judgment-based items — such as the precise wording of alternative text and link text — benefit from human review and are revisited over time. Automated and structural testing cannot fully replace a screen-reader listen-through, which we treat as an ongoing check rather than a completed one.
